Anti-MRPL3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to MRPL3, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western Blotting (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The target protein MRPL3 is also known by the synonyms 39S ribosomal protein L3, mitochondrial, L3mt, Large ribosomal subunit protein uL3m, MRL3, MRP-L3 and RPML3.

The antibody is purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. It is formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline with 10% glycerol (pH 7.0), with 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide containing a sequence corresponding to a region within amino acids 286 and 348 of human MRPL3. Storage instructions specify shipment at 4°C, followed by aliquoting and storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
