Anti-MRPL28 Antibody

The antibody reacts with human and rat samples and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–256 of human MRPL28 (NP_006419.2); the target is a mitochondrial ribosomal protein mapped to chromosome 16 with low tissue specificity and a predicted mitochondrial subcellular location.

The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide and is purified by affinity chromatography. The observed molecular weight is 30 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are: WB 1:500–1:2,000; IHC 1:50–1:200; ICC/IF 1:50–1:100; IP 1:50–1:200.
