Anti-MRPL23 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against MRPL23 (39S ribosomal protein L23, mitochondrial), supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence on human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–153 of human MRPL23 (NP_066957.3). The target has a reported molecular weight of 15 kDa, and the antibody is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal following affinity purification. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
