Anti-MRPL22 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against MRPL22. It is supplied unconjugated in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, at 1 mg/ml. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal.

The reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 94–138 of human MRPL22 as immunogen. It detects endogenous levels of MRPL22 protein and has been validated for Western blot (WB). Reactivity is reported with human, mouse and rat samples. By SDS-PAGE the purity is > 96% following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 23 kDa.
