Anti-MRPL22 Antibody

The Antibodies.com polyclonal antibody reagent targets MRPL22, the mitochondrial ribosomal protein L22 of the 39S large subunit that catalyzes translation of mitochondrially encoded oxidative phosphorylation proteins. Produced in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, this Primary Antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) across Human, Rat, and Mouse samples.

Each vial contains 100 µL of antibody at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. Polyclonal reactivity broadens epitope coverage, which is helpful when probing MRPL22 in mitochondrial translation studies, ribosome assembly research, and investigations into mitochondrial disorders.
