Anti-MRPL13 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG against MRPL13. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (IHC-P), and ELISA, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–178 of human MRPL13 (antigen species: human). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification. The reported molecular weight is 20 kDa and the predicted molecular weight is 21 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC-P. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
