Anti-MRPL12 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a range of rabbit polyclonal antibodies raised against MRPL12. The unconjugated reagents are validated for western blotting, with several formats additionally covering immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Most are reported as IgG, and reactivity is reported against human samples; one variant also recognises mouse.

Immunogens differ across the product line. One reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-198 of human MRPL12 (NP_002940.2), while others were raised against synthetic peptides derived from internal regions of human MRPL12 or from amino acids 31-80. The target migrates at approximately 21 kDa.

Reagents are supplied in phosphate buffered saline containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; one variant is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL. Products are shipped at 4°C, and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Affinity purification is used across the range, and no cross-reactivity has been reported. Recommended dilutions vary by product: western blotting is recommended at 1:500-1:2,000 or 1:500-1:1000, and ELISA at 1:40,000.
