Anti-MRP2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the MRP2 transporter and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1036–1081 of human MRP2, and the antibody is unconjugated, with an estimated purity of greater than 95%. It is validated for Western Blot applications and has been shown to cross-react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for studies of the ABCC2/MRP2 efflux pump across commonly used mammalian models. As a polyclonal antiserum, the reagent contains a heterogeneous population of rabbit immunoglobulins directed against multiple epitopes on the target, which can be advantageous when detecting MRP2 isoforms or denatured protein in Western Blot workflows.
