Anti-MRP14 (G3E10) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal directed against MRP14, raised using the G3E10 clone. It is supplied unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is recommended for Western blot (WB) applications.

According to the manufacturer datasheet, the immunogen used was a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human MRP14, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of MRP14 protein as well as the MRP8 + MRP14 complex. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Expected molecular weight is approximately 13 kDa, with approximately 24 kDa observed for the MRP8 + MRP14 complex. The antibody was affinity-purified from mouse antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen by affinity chromatography, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
