Anti-MRP-S9 (F132) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MRP-S9 (F132), supplied as an affinity-purified reagent in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2 and a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of human MRP-S9, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of MRP-S9 protein. The antibody is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and of polyclonal clonality.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, with an observed molecular weight of approximately 46 kDa. Purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
