Anti-MRP-S35 (I252) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MRP-S35 (I252), supplied as an unconjugated reagent suitable for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 220-270 of Human MRP-S35 and detects endogenous levels of the MRP-S35 protein. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Affinity purification was performed from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa.
