Anti-MRP-S25 Antibody

Mitochondrial ribosomal protein S25 (MRP-S25) is a structural component of the 28S small subunit of the human mitochondrial ribosome, where it contributes to the translation of mitochondrially encoded oxidative phosphorylation proteins. Loss-of-function variants in the encoding gene (MRPS25) have been linked to combined oxidative phosphorylation deficiency and a clinically recognizable mitochondrial translation syndrome.
