Anti-MRP-S22 (R263) Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MRP-S22, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF / ICC) applications, and reacts with human samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 230-280 of human MRP-S22 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the MRP-S22 protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography to a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
