Anti-MRP-S22 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal primary antibody is raised in rabbit against the mitochondrial ribosomal protein MRP-S22, also referenced under the aliases 28S ribosomal protein S22 (mitochondrial), C3orf5, RPMS22, S22mt and small ribosomal subunit protein mS22. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human MRP-S22, and the reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, delivering an IgG isotype antibody in unconjugated form. Supplied at the 50 µL size, the product is formulated as a liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it detects endogenous levels of MRP-S22 in human and monkey samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody integrity.
