Anti-MRP-L54 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MRP-L54 (also known as 39S ribosomal protein L54, mitochondrial; L54mt; Large ribosomal subunit protein mL54). The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of the human MRP-L54 protein, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the target. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, it is unconjugated and recommended for ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications in Human and Mouse reactivity. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
