Anti-MRP-L21 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antiserum is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human MRP-L21 (also known as 39S ribosomal protein L21, mitochondrial, L21mt, or large ribosomal subunit protein bL21m) and is affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography to selectively detect endogenous levels of the target. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. It has been validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows and cross-reacts with both human and mouse samples. The antibody is shipped on cold packs at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
