Anti-MRP-L13 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against the mitochondrial 39S ribosomal protein L13 (MRP-L13), also known as L13mt or uL13m, and is supplied at the 50 µl pack size as an unconjugated, affinity-purified reagent at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human MRP-L13, and the antibody is of the IgG isotype, allowing sensitive detection of endogenous MRP-L13 across validated Western blot, immunohistochemistry and ELISA workflows. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples, making the reagent suitable for comparative studies in standard laboratory models. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and kept at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
