Anti-MRE11A Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against MRE11A. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot application and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human MRE11A, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total MRE11A protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.

It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
