Anti-MRE11A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against human MRE11A — the catalytic nuclease subunit of the trimeric MRN complex (MRE11-RAD50-NBS1) that senses and signals DNA double-strand breaks — this unconjugated antibody from Antibodies.com detects endogenous total MRE11A protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant human MRE11A protein, and the antibody is affinity-purified against that immunogen before being supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.

Validated applications include Western blot on whole-cell lysates and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue, with the manufacturer's reference images showing nuclear staining on paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer at a 1:200 dilution.
