Anti-MRE11 (L260) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MRE11 and recognises the L260 epitope. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 240-280 of Human MRE11 and specifically detects endogenous levels of MRE11 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 80 and 89 kDa.
