MRCKalpha, also known as CDC42BPA, is a serine/threonine kinase that operates downstream of CDC42 to drive actin-myosin contractility and cytoskeletal reorganization during cell migration. This Antibodies.com rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MRCKalpha and supplied as 100 ul of unconjugated antisera, validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence detection on human samples. It is widely used to probe Rho-family GTPase signaling, invasive cell behavior, and tumor cell motility. The polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes on the target, which improves detection in fixed IHC and IF preparations where single epitopes may be masked by crosslinking. For best results, aliquot upon arrival, refrigerate, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity over time.
