A polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit and offered by Antibodies.com is directed against MRC2 and is validated for Western blot (WB) use on human and mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation.
The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 120–300 of human MRC2 (NP_006030.2), and the antibody is affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has a reported molecular weight of 190 kDa. Recommended WB dilution is 1:500–1:2,000.
The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image accompanies the reagent.
