Anti-MRC1 Antibody

Marketed as a primary antibody, the reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is listed as reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 19-1389 of human Mannose Receptor/CD206 (NP_002429.1). The target protein carries a reported molecular weight of 200 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody has been purified by affinity purification. The manufacturer-recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:100-1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
