Anti-MR1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MR1 and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23-291 of human MR1 (NP_001522.1), and the target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 39 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:1,000-1:5,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50-1:200.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
