Anti-MPZ Antibody

The antibody was generated using a recombinant human MPZ immunogen and was affinity-purified, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of total MPZ protein. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it suitable for a range of neuroscience and myelin-related research workflows. It is provided unconjugated in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with no magnesium or calcium salts present.
