Anti-MPZ Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Myelin Protein Zero (MPZ), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 30–153 of human Myelin Protein Zero (MPZ; P25189) and is affinity purified. It is provided as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, with a target molecular weight of 28 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Two scientific validation images are available.
