Anti-MPP2 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MPP2 (MAGUK p55 subfamily member 2), a membrane-associated guanylate kinase scaffolding protein that organizes tight junctions and postsynaptic densities. Supplied by Antibodies.com as 100 µl of unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The antibody is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, making it useful for studies of epithelial polarity, synaptic architecture, and MAGUK family protein interactions. As a polyclonal reagent, it binds multiple epitopes on MPP2, supporting clear detection of endogenous protein in cell and tissue lysates.
