Anti-MPP1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MPP1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human samples. It is purified by antigen-affinity chromatography and is accompanied by two scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 274 of MPP1. The antibody is formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline containing 10% glycerol (pH 7.0), with 0.01% Thimerosal added as a preservative. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The target MPP1 is also known by the synonyms 55 kDa erythrocyte membrane protein, DXS552E, EMP55, Membrane protein palmitoylated 1 and p55.
