Anti-MPO Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets myeloperoxidase (MPO). The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is produced by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 646-745 of human Myeloperoxidase (MPO) (NP_000241.1). The reported molecular weight is 60 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions from the manufacturer are 1:500-1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
