Anti-MP1 Antibody

MP1, also known as MEK Partner 1 and encoded by the LAMTOR2 gene, is a small ~14 kDa scaffolding protein that selectively couples MEK1 to ERK1, amplifying signal flow through the Raf/MEK/ERK cascade. The same protein is part of the Ragulator complex on late endosomal and lysosomal membranes, where it supports amino acid-dependent activation of mTORC1, linking MAPK signaling to nutrient sensing.
