Anti-Morphine Antibody

This Mouse monoclonal IVD antibody from Antibodies.com targets Morphine and is listed for use in Lateral Flow and ELISA applications, with ELISA specifically validated. The unconjugated, purified monoclonal antibody is of the IgG1, kappa isotype and was raised against a Morphine-BSA immunogen.

Cross-reactivity testing indicates reactivity of 100% with Morphine, Codeine and Hydrocodone, and 90% with Hydromorphone. Reported purity is greater than 90%. The product is formulated in 15 mM potassium phosphate buffer at pH 7.2, containing 0.85% NaCl.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. For short-term storage it should be kept at 4°C, while long-term storage requires aliquoting and storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
