Raised in rabbits and validated in Western blot and immunohistochemistry, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent targets the human MORF4L1 protein, a chromodomain-containing component of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex also known as MRG15. MORF4L1 contributes to chromatin remodeling, DNA damage repair, transcriptional regulation, and cellular senescence pathways, making the antibody a useful marker in studies of chromatin modification, genome stability, and aging-related cell biology. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum in a vial, the reagent reacts with the human target across both WB and IHC workflows. Researchers use it to characterize NuA4 complex composition, map MRG15 distribution in tissue sections, and investigate links between MORF4L1 expression and cancer cell proliferation in models where aberrant chromatin regulation is of interest. Provided by Antibodies.com as part of their primary antibody portfolio, this polyclonal reagent supports research use only applications including immunoblotting of nuclear extracts and IHC staining of formalin-fixed tissue sections.
