Anti-MORF4L1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MORF4L1 (also referred to as MRG15), supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human MORF4L1 (NP_006782.1) and has been validated by the manufacturer for Western blot, with the product listing also indicating immunofluorescence as a tested application. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the target protein has a molecular weight of 41 kDa and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the concentration is lot-specific. Recommended use for Western blot is a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000.
