Anti-MOR-1 (S57) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets MOR-1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with confirmed reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 40-80 of human MOR-1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of MOR-1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 45 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
