Anti-MOK Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets MOK protein kinase. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–230 of human MOK (NP_055041.1). Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, it is purified by affinity chromatography. Shipped at 4 °C, it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 40 kDa.
