Anti-MOGS Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against MOGS (Mannosyl-Oligosaccharide Glucosidase), the ER-resident type II transmembrane enzyme that performs the first trimming step of N-linked glycosylation by cleaving the terminal α1,2-linked glucose from the Glc3Man9GlcNAc2 precursor glycan. Supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG in a 200 µL liquid aliquot, it is validated for Western Blot on human and mouse samples and supports research into glycoprotein processing, ER quality control, and the rare autosomal-recessive congenital disorder of glycosylation type IIb (MOGS-CDG), in which biallelic MOGS variants produce a severe combined immunodeficiency and dysmorphic syndrome.
