Anti-MOG Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) and is supplied unconjugated in a liquid formulation. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and is also listed for immunofluorescence (IF) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 30-154 of human myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (NP_996532.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000.

The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific, and one scientific image is associated with the antibody.
