Moesin (MSN) is a ~67 kDa membrane-organizing protein belonging to the ERM (Ezrin-Radixin-Moesin) family that anchors the actin cytoskeleton to the plasma membrane. This unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry applications across human, mouse, and rat samples.

The reagent is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, ready for direct dilution into standard immunolabeling workflows. Validated reactivity extends across human, mouse, and rat moesin orthologs, supporting comparative cell biology and disease-model experiments.

Researchers studying cytoskeletal remodeling, leukocyte transmigration, epithelial polarity, immune synapse assembly, and tumor cell invasion use anti-moesin antibodies to visualize membrane-actin interfaces, distinguish phosphorylation-dependent ERM activation states, and probe blood-brain barrier integrity in neural tissue. The vial should be stored at 4 °C and aliquoted for long-term freezer storage to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
