Anti-MNT Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the MNT target and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent is unconjugated and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Immunisation used a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 357-402 of human MNT, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Max-binding protein MNT. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 62 kDa.

The product is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
