Anti-MNDA (V406) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MNDA and is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 380–430 of human MNDA. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of MNDA protein, which runs at approximately 46 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
