Myeloid cell nuclear differentiation antigen (MNDA) is a nuclear protein expressed across the myelomonocytic lineage, including monocytes, granulocytes, and selected lymphoid populations. This unconjugated IgG polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, specifically recognizes human MNDA and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry workflows. The 100 µl volume supports multiple staining panels and lysate screening experiments, while the unconjugated format allows investigators to pair it with secondary reagents of their choice. Researchers studying myeloid-derived leukemias, lymphoma subclassification, and monocyte differentiation commonly use this reagent to characterize MNDA expression in tissue sections and peripheral blood samples.
