Anti-MNAT1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against MNAT1 (also called MAT1, CAP35, or RNF66), this unconjugated polyclonal antibody targets the CDK-activating kinase assembly factor that joins CDK7 and cyclin H to form the trimeric CAK complex. MNAT1 stabilizes the complex, anchors it to the general transcription factor TFIIH, and contributes to cell-cycle progression through the G1/S and G2/M transitions as well as to RNA polymerase II transcription initiation and nucleotide-excision repair.
