Anti-MMRN1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MMRN1, also known as ECM, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 949–1228 of human MMRN1 (NP_031377.2). The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The reported molecular weight is 180 kDa, and two scientific validation images are included with the product. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
