Anti-MMP9 Antibody

It is supplied unconjugated and is validated by the manufacturer for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of human MMP9 and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. According to the manufacturer's specification, it detects endogenous levels of total MMP9.

The product is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
