Anti-MMP8 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MMP8, offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 101–467 of human MMP8 (NP_002415.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a predicted target molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
