Anti-MMP7 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and targets total endogenous MMP7 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µL of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The immunogen is a recombinant human MMP7 protein, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography on the immunogen before formulation. For best stability, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored long-term at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
