Anti-MMP7 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent is raised against MMP7 and is supplied in liquid form. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, supported by five scientific validation images. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–150 of human MMP7 (NP_002414.1), with sequence KNANSLEAKLKEMQKFFGLPITGMLNSRVIEIMQKPRCGVPDVAEYSLFPNSPKWTSKVVTYRIVSYTRDLPHITVDRLVSKALNMWGKEIPLHFRKVVWG.

The antibody is affinity purified and reported at a molecular weight of 20–22 kDa / 28 kDa. Manufacturer-recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:100–1:500. It is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and the concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
