Anti-MMP3 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against MMP3. The unconjugated IgG reagent is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity-purified. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 385–477 of human MMP3 (NP_002413.1).

The antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Reported molecular weights for the target are 60 kDa and 47 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
