Description
From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MMP28 and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is raised in Rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
MMP28 pAb detects endogenous levels of MMP28 protein and was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human MMP28. The antibody has a molecular weight of ~59 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
