Anti-MMP28 Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent against human matrix metalloproteinase 28 (MMP28), this unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl vial validated for Western blot detection of the target across human, mouse, and rat samples. MMP28, also termed epilysin, is a secreted zinc-dependent endopeptidase implicated in extracellular matrix turnover, epithelial homeostasis, and tissue remodeling, and is expressed in keratinocytes, cartilage, and a range of neural and reproductive tissues. The antibody recognizes endogenous MMP28 under denaturing conditions, making it well suited to expression profiling studies in cell lysates and tissue homogenates from the listed reactive species.
